GETTING STARTED

Your workspace,
explained.

Aurora Play brings together assigned computers, remote desktop sessions and workspace access. It is a private service for provisioned accounts.

Account access

Accounts and operator permissions are managed by a workspace administrator. There is no self-service registration. Ask your administrator for client setup instructions and account recovery.

Host computers

A host is the computer running your desktop and games. Keep it powered on and follow the client configuration supplied by your administrator. Game licences and device permissions remain your responsibility.

Session quality

Video quality depends on host encoding support, client decoding support, available bandwidth and network latency. A wired host connection is preferable. The service does not guarantee a resolution, frame rate or network latency.

API reference

The service API is available to approved clients at https://aurorade.2343453.xyz:8443. Protected endpoints require a bearer token. Operator access is separate from user desktop access.

Errors use a JSON envelope. The X-Request-ID response header matches the request_id field; include it when reporting a request failure.

{
  "error": {
    "code": "authentication_required",
    "message": "A valid bearer token is required."
  },
  "request_id": "..."
}

API access does not grant access to a computer. Workspace permissions are required for remote sessions.
